Ingredients required: Avocados, toast bread, eggs, salt, pepper, tomatoes, cilantro, onions, oil, butter
Preparation Technique: Heat up a pan. Pour oil in it. Take 2 pieces of bread. Place 2 slices of bread in the hot pan. Let it fry a little on both the sides. Take them out. Cut down the avocado. Make a thick paste of it. Apply this paste on the toast. Now chop tomatoes, cilantro, and onions into very little pieces. Place them on the toast properly. Take another pan. Put it on the flame. Pour butter, now break eggs and pour it n the pan. Let it fry for a minute. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Make sure that one side of the egg is properly cooked and let the other side of the egg uncooked. Place it on top of the toast. Garnish it with some more cilantro. Serve hot.
