Besan cheela is easy to make and a healthy dish. Made from gram flour, spices ,herbs, vegetables.
Ingredients: Gram flour, spices, grated onions, capsicum, tomatoes, coriander, chilies, ginger, turmeric, water, salt , oil.
Preparation Method: Take gram flour .Add chopped vegetables including onion, capsicum, tomatoes, coriander, chilies, ginger. Mix them together properly. Now add salt,turmeric in it. Add water to it.Make thick paste out of it. Beat it properly until it smoot
Heat a pan on flame , pour oil in it. Once it gets heated ,pour the batter into the pan. Spread it lightly and gently so that it doesn’t break. Switch the sides when it gets cooked. Cheela is ready to be eaten.
