Boil sweet corn. Squeeze out the moisture completely from it. Add corn starch, flour(all purpose) and spoonful of oil to it. Deep fry the contents.
Fry chopped onion,garlic and green chili for half a minute.
Mix all of these to the fried corn. Sprinkle chopped spring onion Crispy corns on top.
