Pancake- Easy to make, healthy to eat. A breakfast which is loved by almost everybody. Although various version of pancakes are available but the basic ingredient remains the same. Very basic requirements that one must be having in kitchen.Method listed below.
Ingredients: Eggs, milk, sugar, salt, baking powder, flour.
Procedure: Add flour, baking powder , sugar, and salt together
Combine egg and milk ; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a greased hot griddle.
Turn upside down when bubbles start forming on top of pancakes.
Continue the process until the second side is golden brown.
Add strawberries ,blueberries or any other fruit you wish to add.
