Hey folks! I am back with another lip-smacking recipe. This time with stuffed gobhi parantha. There are a lot of options available for stuffing inside the paranthas. Now getting back to the recipe the ingredients :
Ingredients: Cauliflower, coriander leaves, wheat dough, salt, pepper, mango powder, garam masala, water, butter, oil.
Preparation Method: Take one whole cauliflower. Wash it properly. Now grind it until it turns into mini chunks. Now heat up a pan. Pour oil in it. Add cauliflower chunks, salt, pepper, amchur powder, garam masala, coriander leaves and let it fry until it becomes golden in color. Now in another pan prepare the dough by adding water. Check whether the dough is kneaded properly or not and the texture becomes soft. Make thick paranthas using this dough. Also, keep in mind that the dough shouldn’t be too sticky or else the stuffing will come out and will create a mess out of it. Now heat up another pan. Place the paranthas onto it. Pour oil over the paranthas using a spoon. After some time turn it to the other side. Pour oil on this side as well. After it becomes golden brown and gets fried properly remove it from the pan. Serve the paranthas hot either with ketchup or other any other dip.
