Chocolate cake recipe is one of the most favorite and easy to make recipe. Also, it is the base recipes for many other chocolate recipes as well.
Ingredients: Egg, butter, sugar,self raising flour,cocoa, milk, chocolate, icing sugar.
For chocolate shard: Dark chocolate, milk choclate, white choclate.
Preparation Technique: Preheat the oven.Prepare the pan by adding butter to the sides and sprinkle some flour onto it.
Now add eggs, flour, sugar,cocoa powder,vanilla extract and milk together.Beat them properly till no lumps are left and it converts into a thick cake batter.Also add pinch of salt in it.Bake the batter for about 20-30 minutes. Take out the cake. Let it cool for 10 minutes.
For the buttercream, melt the chocolate in oven for about 5-10 minutes. Let it cool down for some time.In another container add butter and icing sugar together.Combine cocoa with a pinch of salt. Pour it with the melted chocolate and milk.Mix it properly.
On a stand, place the cake together and apply a layer of buttercream in between two layers and the rest on top of it. Decorate with chocolate shard.
To make shards, melt the dark chocolate and place it in a tray. Now melt white chocolate and milk chocolate. Drizzle them on the melted dark chocolate. Refrigerate them.
