Chicken noodles can found with a lot of variations in restaurants.By using different choice of noodles, sauces, oil and other spices we can almost mimic the restaurant styled Chinese noodles. Sauces play an important role while making the noodle.
Ingredients: Boneless chicken,noodles,capsicum,spring onion,cabbage,carrot , garlic, soy sauce,chili sauce, garam masala, salt, pepper, water.
Now chop spring onions , cabbage, capsicum , carrot.Now take a pan , put it on flame . Pour oil in it. Add garlic and let it fry for 30-40 seconds. Now add chicken in it. Put a lid over the pan so that it gets cooked properly.Cut a piece of chicken with a knife to make sure that it is properly cooked . Keep it aside.Take another pan, add oil in it. Once it gets completely hot, put spring onion in it. Saute properly. Now add chopped vegetables one by one. Saute them as well. Do not cook them for long, as we want them to be crunchy. Add boiled noodles, sauce sauce, green chili sauce and pinch of salt. Now mix the chicken pieces in it as well. Fry it for some time.Add some oil if required.chicken noodles are ready to be served.
