Singapore noodles is combination of noodles with different veggies. Preparation methodology quite easy.
Ingredients: Boiled noodles, salt , sugar, veggies( capsicum, cabbage, spring onion), soy sauce, brown sugar, curry powder, black pepper.
Methodology: In a bowl add soy sauce, brown sugar and water together.Keep it aside.In a heated pan add oil, ginger and curry powder.Add onion and let it fry until it becomes golden brown now add ginger , spring onion to it.After the veggies get soften add capsicum, cabbage and still fry them. Now add noodles to it and cook briefly . Add the sauce and toss ingredients carefully.Add salt and black pepper to taste.Serve hot.
