Cheesecake

Cheesecake is an intimidating recipe. It requires little care. This recipe is quite easy to make and takes comparatively less time. Generally we follow the traditional rule of making it, but cooking is all about experimenting with food so you always add one two things which you may like.

Ingredients: Cracker or digestive biscuits, butter, sugar, cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla,eggs.

Preparation Method: Preheat the oven. Add digestive biscuits crumb, butter, sugar. Take a pan. Press the mixture evenly in the pan.

Now mix cream cheese and sugar evenly, mix it until it blends properly. Add sour cream ,vanilla,mix it well. Add eggs one by one and blend properly. Pour over the crust. 

Put it in oven. Bake around 1 hour. Take out the cheesecake.Cool it down before removing.Refrigerate it for 3-4 hours.

Sprinkle icing sugar.
