Colocasia or arbi leaves are good for health. It performs both as star dish as well as a supporting dish.
Wash arbi leaves and let them dry. In a bowl add gram flour,salt, red chili powder, mango powder(amchur powder) , asafatida together. Mix it well. Now put the mixture onto the leaves and roll them. Steam for 8-10 mins. Cut into slices.Serve hot.
