Ingredients: Whole milk, cream, cream of tartar, brown sugar, saffron strands, edible silver sheets, pistachio.
Preparation Method: Cook milk on medium flame until it becomes thick.It should become crumbly in texture.
Now add milk,cream,cream of tartar and brown sugar together.Refrigerate overnight.
Now whisk the cold milk until froth comes over it.Sprinkle saffron to it. Garnish with silver foil. Chop pistachio and sprinkle over it.Serve immediately.
