Macaroni Recipe – Macaroni is a variety of pasta and it is used in various pasta recipes. Macaroni is used in a lot of food items including rigatoni, penne etc. Here, I am presenting typically Indian style macaroni.
Ingredients: Macaroni, capsicum, carrot, cilantro, peas, baby corn,salt,pepper, cheese,pasta masala, oil, garlic, chili powder, coriander powder ,cumin powder.
Methodology: In a pan heat water and add one tablespoon salt in it. Now add macaroni in the hot water. Cover it with a lid. Let it boil for 10-20 minutes. Once the macaroni boils properly, take out excess water. Now take another pan, put it on the heat. Pour some oil into it. Once it gets heated up add cumin powder, coriander powder, garlic paste, pasta masala. Now cut the carrot in long strips and add it to this paste. Cover the pan with lid as carrot takes time to become soft. After the carrot is fried a little bit, add baby corn and peas in it. Toss all of the content properly and then cover the lid for some 10-15 minutes. Saute the vegetables on low flame. Add salt and chili powder.
Once everything is done, add macaroni to it. Fry the macaroni with other stuff for 5-10minutes. Serve it hot.
